All of our electronic cigarette kits come with a 30 day guarantee on parts. If you find your unit to be defective you can return it for a full refund less shipping costs.

The fine print:

If your kit is defective, and you wish to return it for an exchange or refund, the kit must be returned with ALL original packaging, parts, manuals etc. We will not accept a returned kit for a refund if the packaging or parts contained in the kit have any damage or wear and tear above what is concidered light use. Please note that under canadian law our products contain no nicotine. by purchasing our kits, e-liquid or cartridcges, you acknowledge you are aware of this. our money back guarantee does not apply to returns for the reason that our products are nicotine free.

If you with to return a defective kit, due to a battery, charger or atomizer not functioning within 30 days of purchase, the kit must be returned in good condition, with all original packaging, parts, manuals and should not have any damage or wear and tear above what is considered normal use.

Please note we offer a 1 year replacement warranty on the batteries  included in your kit. If within one years time you find your battery no longer holds a charge any more simply contact us and we can arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Please note warranty on the atomizer is only for 30 days, after which we will not replace it free of charge.

Please note the 30 day guarantee is NOT transferrable to any new item sent to you via exchange within your 30 days.
