Warranty & Terms
All our batteries, atomizers and chargers come with a 30 day replacement warranty. If you find one of your components defective within 30 days of use, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement part to be send to you. The customer is responsible for return shipping to us of the original defective part. We will pay for the shipping of the new replacement part to the customer.
Our kits and components are tested at the factory before shipping. Most problems occur because of the customer not fully reading instructions on how to use their e-cigarettes Canada unit. Please fully read all documentation before using. Also premature failure may be the result of the customer not doing routine cleaning and maintenance on their unit. Please see our video section for some information on how to clean and care for your e-cigarettes canada electronic cigarette.
If you have a problem with your starter kit, we will replace your kit for you free of charge, one time only. You may also have the choice of store credit to chose a different model. NO REFUNDS.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds due to hygienic reasons. E-Liquids and cartridges are considered consumable items, and may not be returned for refund, store credit or exchange. IF you receive defective cartridges we will issue store credit only.
Our products do NOT contain nicotine. It is currently illegal to sell E-Cigarette products in Canada with nicotine due to a Health Canada ruling that is in effect. You acknowledge you are aware of this when you make a purchase on our website. All sales are final, NO REFUNDS. If you find other vendors selling e-cigarettes containing nicotine in Canada, they are BREAKING THE LAW!.
