All of our E-Cigarettes Canada electronic cigarette kits come with a 15 day exchange guarantee on parts. If you find your electronic cigarettes canada unit to be defective within 15 days of delivery of your E-Cigarettes Canada Electronic CIgarette kit,  we will replace it at no cost to you.

The fine print:

If your E-Cigarettes Canada electronic cigarette kit is defective, and you wish to return it for an exchange  the kit must be returned with ALL original packaging, parts, manuals etc. We will not accept a returned E-Cigarettes Canada electronic cigarette kit for a refund if the packaging or parts contained in the Electronic Cigarettes Canada kit have any damage or wear and tear above what is considered light use. Please note that under canadian law our products contain no nicotine. by purchasing our E-Cigarettes Canada electronic cigarette kits, e-liquid or cartridges, you acknowledge you are aware of this. our  guarantee does not apply to returns for the reason that our E-Cigarettes Canada electronic cigarette products are nicotine free.

If you with to return a defective E-Cigarettes Canada electronic cigarette kit, due to a battery, charger or atomizer not functioning within 15 days of delivery, the kit must be returned in good condition, with all original packaging, parts, manuals and should not have any damage or wear and tear above what is considered normal use.

Please note the 15 day guarantee is NOT transferrable to any new E-Cigarettes Canada item sent to you via exchange within your 15 days.
