Due to the high volume of sales and hi demand for certain products on our web site, you may need to wait a short period of time for back ordered products to arrive from our manufacturers. If you have placed an order and it contains such items(s) that are on back order, you will be notified by E-Mail, and given the option to wait until we receive your product from the manufacturer, or you can have a refund issued.

Items are shipped via Canada Post, Federal Express or UPS or other courier at our discretion.
