An Electric Cigarette is an electronic device that is designed to look like a normal cigarette. The Electric Cigarette uses a device called an atomizer to convert a liquid contained in a chamber of the Electric Cigarette into a water based vapour. This vapour is NOT smoke. The cartridge on a 2 piece electric cigarette contains a disposable atomizer and the e-liquid. A 3 piece electric cigarette contains a battery, a reusable atomizer and a cartridge for the e-liquid. Some 3 piece electric cigarettes also feature a user refillable cartridge, where the user pours the e-liquid into the cartridge themselves.
